📦 Order Status & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order ships, a second email will include your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

⏱️ Processing & Shipping Times

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping to the USA typically takes up to 7 days, Europe up to 15 days, and other international locations vary depending on the country.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unused, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Custom pet mats are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect. Please contact us with photos if your item arrives damaged.

💳 Payments & Security

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are securely encrypted for your protection.

📮 Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes whenever possible. If you require delivery to a P.O. box, please ensure your address is accurate. Some courier restrictions may apply.

📸 Custom Design Process

Once we receive your pet photo, our designers create a personalized illustration for your mat. You will receive a preview for approval before production starts.
